When the Brake System Control Module (BSCM) has determined that there is a disagreement between what the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) switch in the Central ADAS Decision Module (CADM) is requesting and what Electronic Stability Control (ESC) portion of the BSCM thinks it should be requesting.
