Removal - Speaker

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the driver side floor console side cover (2). Refer to CONSOLE, FLOOR, REMOVAL .

  3. Disconnect the instrument panel wiring harness connector from the EAM speaker (1).
  4. Remove the two screws (2) from the Emergency Assistance Module (EAM) speaker (1) that secure the speaker to the driver side floor console side cover (3).
  5. Remove the EAM speaker (1) from the vehicle.
