Diesel - 3.0L

If a 3.0L Controller was replaced, navigate to "Misc. Functions" and perform all applicable routines:
NOTE:
The available routines may vary depending on model and year of vehicle.
- ECU Replacement With Value Transfer - if the ECU to be replaced is still responsive
- Program Variant Code
- Reset of SCR Long Term Adaptation Factor
- SCR DEF Tank Fluid Level ResetNOTE:
If the PCM/ECM data transfer is able to be completed, it may not be necessary to perform routines 5 - 9.
- 2014 LX ONLY - ECU Replacement Without Value Transfer - if the ECU to be replaced is NOT responsive
- Check PCM/ECM VIN. This is not needed if "ECU Replace With Value Transfer" completes correctly.
- Injector Quantity Adjustment. This is not needed if "ECU Replace With Value Transfer" completes correctly.
- Reset of O2 Values
- Reset Zero Fuel Quantity Calibration
- For model year vehicles 2018 and newer, perform the "Brake Pedal Learn" procedure as follows:
- Park the vehicle on level ground.NOTE:
When performing the Brake Pedal Calibration Learn routine, make sure the brake pedal is NOT pressed.
NOTE:Not all PCMs support the Brake Pedal Learn. If the PCM supports it the routine will be available.
- With the scan tool, under the PCM "Miscellaneous Functions" menu, select and run the "Brake Pedal Learn" routine.
- Park the vehicle on level ground.
