Torque Specifications

TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

DESCRIPTION N.m Ft. Lbs. In. Lbs. Comments
Steering Wheel Nut 50 37 - Do not reuse these fasteners. If removed, a new fastener must be installed and tightened to specifications.
Steering Column Nuts 27 20 -  
Intermediate Shaft Coupler Upper Pinch Bolts 34 25 - Do not reuse these fasteners. If removed, a new fastener must be installed and tightened to specifications.
Intermediate Shaft Coupler Lower Pinch Bolts 54 40 - Do not reuse these fasteners. If removed, a new fastener must be installed and tightened to specifications.
Bulkhead Bearing Bolt 9 7 -
