Diagnostic Test

  1. CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC 
    1. Turn the ignition on.
      NOTE:

      Verify that the Central Vision Processing Module has the latest software installed. If necessary, update the software and retest.

    2. With the scan tool, read Central Vision Processing Module (CVPM) DTCs and record on the repair order.
    3. With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
    4. Using the recorded Environmental Data, along with the When Monitored and Set Conditions above, operate the vehicle in the conditions that set the DTC.
    5. With the scan tool, read CVPM DTCs.

      Did the DTC return?

      Yes 

      • Go To  2

      No 

  2. PROXI CONFIGURE THE CVPM 
    1. With the scan tool, perform the Proxi Configuration Alignment routine.
    2. With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
    3. Cycle the ignition switch from off to on at least five times.
    4. With the scan tool, read DTCs.

      Did the DTC return?

      Yes 

      No
