Set Condition
- When the Windshield Heater Relay Output transitions from Off to On and the Body Control Module (BCM) detects a short to voltage on the Windshield Heater Relay Control circuit for greater than 20 milliseconds.
- Four consecutive BCM output retry attempts have failed within the same ignition cycle.
