Module, Electronic Shift (ESM): Installation

  1. Position the Electronic Shift Module (ESM) in place and connect the wire harness connector (1).

  2. Position the ESM (2) to its installed position and secure it with fasteners (1). Tighten the fasteners to the proper specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Install the shifter bezel. Refer to BEZEL, SHIFTER, INSTALLATION .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
