Front View Camera (FVC) Nozzle

Vehicles equipped with the FVC include a washer nozzle specifically designed to wash the front view camera lens whenever the FVC wash soft key on the radio touchscreen is activated. Pressing the soft key on the radio touchscreen sends a CAN message from the radio to the Central Vision Processing Module (CVPM), which in turn sends a CAN message to the BCM to activate the two-way washer pump in the FVC direction. Pressurized washer fluid is fed to the nozzle from the washer reservoir by the washer pump/motor unit through a single hose, which is attached to a barbed nipple on the washer nozzle behind the front grille.
