When Monitored

This diagnostic runs during a decel fuel shutoff event, after the following conditions were met:

• Vehicle speed above 96 km/h (60 mph).
• Throttle open for a minimum of 120 seconds.
• Coolant temperature greater than 70°C (158°F).
• Catalytic Converter temperature greater than 600°C (1112°F).
