Engine Control Module: Service and Repair

ECM Location:






REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Peel the carpet covering back from the front center of the passenger side to fully expose the PCM.
3. Disconnect the four PCM connectors.
4. Remove four bracket mounting bolts and slide the PCM out into the passenger side compartment.
5. Replacement is the reverse order of removal.

Tighten
Bolts to 69.6 - 96 in lb. (7.9 - 10.7 Nm)
