Power Supply Circuit Inspection

IG KEY: OFF, Engine: OFF
Disconnect TPS connector (B-13).
IG KEY: ON, Engine: OFF
Measure voltage between terminal 1 of the TPS harness connector B-13 and chassis ground.
1. Specification: Approx. 5V
  (If power supply circuit is open or short ground, the voltage shows 0V.)

Is the voltage near the specified value?
YES
1. Go to "SIGNAL CIRCUIT INSPECTION ".
NO
1. Possibility of open or short to ground.
2. Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
