Component Inspection

Check PCSV 

1. IG KEY: OFF, Engine: OFF
2. Measure resistance between terminal 1 and 2 of the CCV connector.
   1. Specification: Approx. 23~26Ω (20°C)

3. Check that the ground voltage is less than approx. 0.3V (1) and the surge voltage (2) is between 40V and 60V in the PCSV's signal waveform.

4. Is the CCV normal?

   YES

   1. Go to "SYSTEM INSPECTION " procedure.

   NO

   1. Repair or replace it. Then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
