Component Inspection

Check FTPS 

1. IG KEY: ON, Engine: ON
2. Check FTPS's signal on scantool.
   1. Specification: Approx. 2~3V (At idle)
3. Is the FTPS's signal normal?

   YES

   1. FTPS is OK.
   2. Possibility of defective ECM. Temporarily test with a new ECM and check for proper operation.

   If problem is corrected, replace ECM and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

   NO

   1. Repair or replace it. Then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
