Fuel Pump (FP): Removal

  1. Release fuel system pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE .
  2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal from the battery.
  3. Remove seat mounting bolts.

  4. Remove the rear seat .
  5. Remove service cover under center floor carpet.

  6. Disconnect the fuel pump electrical connector, the EVAP. hose, the main and return hose.

  7. Unfasten the assembly fixing-bolt (6 EA).
  8. Disconnect the breather hose.
