Cooling System: Installation: Radiator

  1. Install the radiator.
  2. Install the radiator upper bracket (A, B)-

    Tightening torque : 

    6.9~10.8N.m (0.7~1.1kgf.m, 5.1~8.0lb-ft)

  3. Install the cooling fan mounting bolts (A, B).

    Tightening torque : 

    6.9~10.8N.m (0.7~1.1kgf.m, 5.1~8.0lb-ft)

    • 2 Fan type

  4. Connect the fan motor connector (A, B).

  5. Install the upper radiator hose (A) and lower radiator hose (B).
  6. Install the ATF (Automatic Transaxle Fluid) oil cooler hoses (C).

  7. Fill with engine coolant.
  8. Start engine and check for leaks.
