DTC P0125 Insufficient Coolant Temperature For Closed Loop Fuel Control: DTC Detecting Condition
DTC DETECTION CONDITION REFERENCE CHART
| Item |
Detecting Condition |
Possible Cause |
| DTC Strategy |
- Coolant temperature too low for Lambda regulation
|
- Contact resistance in connectors.
- Faulty cooling system.
- Faulty thermostat.
- Faulty ECT sensor.
|
| Enable Conditions |
- Minimum time after engine start versus intake air temperature at start:
- 2 minutes for intake air temp. > 4°C (39°F)
- 5 minutes for -15°C (5°F) < Intake air temp. < -4°C (25°F)
- 6 < Battery voltage(V) < 16
- Elapsed time after Strat versus Engine coolant temperature at start:
- 2 minutes for coolant temp. > 4°C (39°F)
- 5 minutes for -15°C (5°F) < Intake air temp. < -4°C (25° F)
|
| Threshold Value |
- Measured coolant temperature < 4°C(39°F) When modeled coolant temperature > 4°C(39°F)
|
| Diagonostic Time |
|
| Fall Safe |
- Calculated engine coolant temperature is used for engine control.
- Cooling/Condenser fan is active with MAX speed.
- EVAP. emission control function is controlled in minimum operation mode.
