Charging System: Alternator: Disassembly
- Remove the generator cover (A) using a screwdriver (B).

- Remove the slip ring guide (A).
- Loosen the mounting bolts (B) and disconnect the brush holder assembly (C).

- Remove the rectifier (A) with 4 screw.

- Remove the nut, pulley (A) and spacer.

- Loosen the 4 nuts (A).

- Disconnect the rotor (A) and cover (B).

- Reassembly is the reverse order of disassembly.
