Repair Procedures: Installation
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
WARNING:
- Install the accelerator cable end, route the cable through the accelerator pedal and snap the clip (A) into the place.

- When installing the accelerator cable to the throttle body, be careful not to twist or bend the cable.
- After installing the accelerator pedal, adjust the throttle cable free-play. (Refer to ADJUSTMENT )
- Check the cable and hose routing to ensure that they do not interfere with the throttle or cruise control cables.
- Depress the acceleration pedal to Wide Open Throttle (W.O.T) several times to ensure proper operation.
