Repair Procedures: Removal
- Preparation
- Remove the rear seat cushion.
- Open the service cover (A).

- Disconnect the fuel pump connector (A) and the fuel tank pressure sensor connector (B).

- Start the engine and wait until the fuel engine has stalled.
- After engine stalls, turn the ignition switch to OFF position.
- Disconnect the fuel feed quick-connector (A) and the vapor tube quick-connector (B).

- Lift the vehicle and support the fuel tank with a jack.
- Disconnect the canister close valve connector (A).

- Remove the center muffler (Refer to MUFFLER

- Disconnect the fuel filler hose (A) and the ventilation hose (B).

- Remove the fuel tank air filter installation bolts (A).

- Remove the brake line bracket mounting bolts (A).

- Remove the fuel tank mounting bolts (A) and nuts (B), and then remove the fuel tank (C).
