Seat Temperature Element: Testing and Inspection

Inspection

1. Check for continuity and measure the resistance between No.1 and NO.3 terminals.





Standard value :
Leather seat :2.40Ohms ± 10% / set
Fabric seat : 3.24Ohms ± 10% / set

2. Operate the seat warmer after connecting the connector, and then check the seat warmer by measuring the temperature of seat surface.
3. Check for temperature of seat surface after disconnecting the connector.

Standard value :
ON : 34 ± 5°C (93.2 ± °9F)
OFF : 43 ± 4°C (109.4 ± 7.2°F)
