DTC DETECTING CONDITION

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • TPS1 signal check, high
  1. Poor connection
  2. Short to power in signal circuit
  3. TPS
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON" or Engine running
Threshold Value
  • TPS1 voltage > 4.805 V
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • 1 Driving cycle
