DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • APS1 signal check, low
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or short to ground in signal circuit
  3. Faulty APS
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON" or Engine running
Threshold Value
  • APS 1 voltage less than 0.4 V
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • 1 Driving Cycle
