DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal check, high
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open in signal circuit
  3. S1
Enable Conditions
  • Fuel cut condition
  • Sensor Ceramic Temp greater than 720 °C (1328 °F)
  • Exhaust Gas Temp less than 750 °C (1382 °F)
Threshold Value
  • Sensor voltage greater than 4.8 V
Diagnostic Time
  • Immediate
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycle

* S1: upstream oxygen sensor/S2: downstream oxygen sensor
