DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC Strategy
  • Compare with model.
  1. Poor connection
  2. MAPS
Enable Conditions
  • Intake manifold pressure greater than 10 kPa (0.1 bar/1.45 psi) and under 110 kPa (1.1 bar/15.95 psi).
Threshold Value Case1
  • Difference of MAP and Model MAP (High side) greater than 2.5 kPa (0.025 bar/0.36 psi).
Case2
  • Difference of MAP and Model MAP (Low side) less than -2.5 kPa(-0.025 bar/-0.36 psi).
Diagnostic Time
  • Immediate.
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles.
