DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Circuit Monitoring
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. Shorted Sports Mode Switch Signal Circuit
  3. Defected Sports Mode Switch
  4. Defected TCU
Enable Conditions
  • Engine Idle (over 400 RPM)
  • Normal Battery Voltage
Threshold value
  • Sports Mode Switch "ON" when Gear is in "P", "R", or "N"
Detecting Time
  • 2 Sec.
Fail safe
  • Sports Mode Control Inhibited
