System Inspection
- Inspect Wheel Speed Sensor
- IG Key "OFF".
- Disconnect Front Wheel Speed Sensor connector.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 1 (Power) terminal and Pin No. 2 (Signal) terminal of the Front Wheel Speed Sensor. (Component Side)TEMPERATURE SPECIFICATION
Temperature Resistance (kΩ) 20 466 kΩ - IG Key "OFF".
- Disconnect Rear Wheel Speed Sensor connector.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 1 (Power) terminal and Pin No. 2 (Signal) terminal of the Rear Wheel Speed Sensor. (Component Side)
Specification: Approx. 3.899 MΩ
Temperature Resistance (kΩ) 20 3.89MΩ
- Confirm Part Inspection
- Does the WSS operate properly and is the measured resistance within specification? (Check variation)
YES
- Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
- If problem still occurs, replace WSS and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
- Does the WSS operate properly and is the measured resistance within specification? (Check variation)
