DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy Case1
  • Controller malfunction check failure of controller operation
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. Unstable Power
  3. Faulty PCM/ECM
Case2
  • Knock Acquisition check
Enable Conditions Case1
  • 10V < Battery voltage < 16V
  • Heater PWM > 1.56%
  • Sensor operative readiness detected tip temp > 630 °C or 30 sec after dew-point exceeded
Case2
  • Engine speed > 32rpm
Threshold Value Case1
  • Error bit information from H/W circuit
Case2
  • Integrity of the knock acquisition is not correct
Diagnostic Time Case1
  • 5 sec.

  • 200 revs
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
