DTC DETECTING CONDITION

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal check, high
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or short to power in signal circuit
  3. IATS
Enable Conditions Case 1
  • ECT at Start > -30 °C(-22 °F)
Case 2
  • (A) ECT at Start < -30 °C(-22 °F)
  • (B) ECT > 70 °C (158 °F)
  • (C) Air mass < 20 kg/h
  • (D) Vehicle speed < 6.2 mph (9.97 km/h)
  • After (A) + (B) + (C) + (D) for 10 sec.
Threshold Value
  • Voltage > 4.93 V(< -34.8 °C/-30.64 °F)
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
