Component Inspection

Perform OCV
1. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. IG KEY "ON" & ENG "OFF".
3. Perform "Actuation Test " for OCV.

Inspection OCV
1. IG Key "OFF".
2. Disconnect OCV connector.
3. Measure resistance between power and control terminal of the OCV. (Component Side)
  Specification: Approx. 6.9 ~ 7.9 at 20°C (68 °F)
Confirm Part Inspection
1. Does the OCV work properly? (Check variation)
  YES
  - Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
  NO
  - Substitute with a known-good OCV and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace OCV and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
