DTC DETECTING CONDITION

DTC Strategy
  • ROM checksum error
  • ROM data reprogram illegally
  • PCM/TCM
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Battery voltage > 10V
Threshold value
  • Checksum error or PCM/TCM fault
Detecting Time
  • 1 event
Fail safe
  • Locked into 4th gear
