Component Inspection

Check IATS performance
1. IG KEY "OFF".
2. Disconnect IATS connector.
3. Measure resistance between Pin No. 3 (Signal) terminal and Pin No. 4 (Ground) terminal of the IATS. (Component Side)
  Specification: Approx. 1.5 kΩ at 83.3°F (28.5°C)

4. Does the IATS operate properly? (Check variation)
  YES
  - Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
  NO
  - Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
  - If problem still occurs, replace IATS and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
