Control Circuit Inspection
- IG KEY "OFF".
- Disconnect FPR connector.
- IG KEY "ON" & ENG "OFF".
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 1 (Low Control), Pin No. 2 (High Control) terminal of FPR harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification:
FPR Low Terminal: Approx. 0V
FPR High Terminal: Approx. 0.8V
- IG "OFF" & Disconnect PCM connector.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 1 (Low Control), Pin No. 2 (High Control) terminal of the FPR.
Specification: ∞
- Is the measured Value within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
