DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
Case 1 DTC Strategy
  • Signal check, low.
  1. Poor connection
  2. Short to ground in signal circuit
  3. MAPS
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed greater than 80 rpm.
Threshold Value
  • Sensor voltage less than 0.2 V.
Case 2 DTC Strategy
  • Out-of-range low.
Enable Conditions
  • -
Threshold Value
  • MAP less than 10 kPa (0.1 bar/1.45 psi).
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous.
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles.
