DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical check
  1. Poor connection
  2. Short circuit to battery or ground in control circuit
  3. Injector #1, 4
Enable Conditions
  • Engine speed greater than 80 rpm
  • Battery voltage greater than 8V and less than 15V
Threshold Value
  • Short circuit to battery or ground
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
