Component Inspection

Connect GDS to DLC (Data Link Cable).
Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.
Perform the "Actuation Test" with GDS.

Inspect VIS
1. IG Key "OFF".
2. Disconnect VIS connector.
3. Measure resistance between power and control terminal of the VIS. (Component Side)
  Specification: Approx. 33.99 Ω [20°C (68 °F)]

Confirm Part Inspection
1. Does the PCSV operate properly? (Check variation)
  YES
  - Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
  NO
  - Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
  - If problem still occurs, replace PCSV and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
