DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring voltage range (Circuit open/short check)
  1. Circuit open or short
  2. PCM/TCM
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage is between 9V and 22V
  • Time after TCM turns on is above 0.3sec
Threshold value
  • Solenoid power voltage is above 24.5V
  • Solenoid power voltage is below 7V
Detecting Time
  • More than 0.2 sec.
Fail safe
  • Locked into 4th gear
