| Enable Conditions |
- No disabling fault present.
- Canister purge fuel flow is lower than 100%
- Barometric pressure is greater than 74 kPa.
- Engine run time is greater than 2 sec.
- Air intake temp. is greater than -20°C (-4°F).
- Ignition voltage high is greater than 11V.
- Ignition voltage low is less than 16V.
- Above condition met period is greater than 3 sec.
- Desired closed loop operation shift is greater than 50 rpm.

- Minimum idle RPM shiftup achieved is less than 50rpm or idle engine speed error during closed loop operation is greater than 100rpm.
