Repair Procedure: Removal
- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
- Remove the air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to "AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY ")
- Remove the battery tray.
(Refer to "BATTERY TRAY REMOVAL ")
- Disconnect the crankshaft position sensor connector (A).
- Remove the mounting bolt (B), and then vertically remove the sensor from the transaxle housing.
