DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Internal monitoring - ROM checksum error
  1. Checksum failure
  2. Faulty TCM
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Normal battery voltage
Threshold value
  • Checksum fault or TCM internal failure
Detecting Time
  • First event
Fail safe
  • 4th Gear hold, manual shift is not allowed
MIL ON Condition
  • 1st Driving Cycle
