DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC strategy
  • C-CAN signal monitoring
  1. Poor connection
  2. CAN communication
  3. Open or short in BMS communication line
Enable conditions
  • Ignition ON (Start/Stop Button LED "BLUE")
  • Enter VCU_READY ON ("1").
  • Auxiliary battery voltage (9 - 16 V)

    Enter into diagnosis if the conditions above are satisfied and maintained for more than 0.5 seconds.
Threshold value
  • In case no message reception from BMS is maintained for 2 seconds - [Detailed error code: 602]
Diagnosis Time
  • 2 sec.
DTC
  • 2 Driving Cycle
Service Lamp
  • Immediately.
