DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal monitoring (Comparing the signal change between fuel consumption and fuel level)
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. FLS
Enable Conditions
  • The accumulated fuel consumption more than 25L (tank capacity 30%)
  • Engine idle
  • Above 30s after engine "ON"
  • Battery voltage higher than 11V and lower than 16V
Threshold value
  • The calculated fuel consumption is more than 30% but fuel level variation less than 5%
Diagnosis Time
  • While fuel consumption 30%
MIL On Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
