Circuit Inspection: Notes

BCM CONNECTOR SPECIFICATION

Inspection Condition	(+) Probe		(-) Probe		Specification
Inspection Condition	Connector	Terminal	Connector	Terminal	Specification
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	BCM connector	2/23/24 (Input)	Chassis ground	-	B+
	BCM connector	10 (Power)	Chassis ground	-	B+
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect auxiliary battery (-) cable. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	BCM connector	7/8/15 (Ground)	Chassis ground	-	below 1Ω

Good	Go to "CAN COMMUNICATION LINE INSPECTION " procedure.
No Good	Repair open or short in circuit and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
