DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical Check (Noisy Signal)
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. Intermittent short circuit in VCM Signal circuit
  3. VCM position sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage is between 10V and 16V
  • Port Flap PWM is less than 2%
  • 0.5s or more delay after Port Flap PWM is smaller than upper threshold
Threshold Value
  • Port Flap gradient movement is greater than 45 °PORT/s
Diagnostic Time
  • 0.2s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
