DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN signal monitoring
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Short in SAS CAN circuit
  3. SAS
  4. LDWS/LKAS ECU
Enable Conditions
  • 3s after Engine "ON".
  • Normal battery voltage (9±0.5 - 16±0.5V)
  • DTC C1616-88/C1611-87/C1613-86 are not stored.
Threshold Value
  • SAS CAN message is not received
Detecting Time
  • LKAS: Conditional/LDWS: 500ms
Recovery Time
  • 0.1s
Recovery Condition
  • SAS CAN message is received.
  • Ignition "Off" & "On"
Warning Lamp
  • LDWS/LKAS Lamp "ON"/FCW Lamp "ON"
Fail-Safe LDW
(Lane Departure Warning)
  • Function inhibited
LKA
(Lane Keeping Assist)
  • Function inhibited
HBA
(High Beam Assist)
  • Function inhibited
FCW
(Forward Collision Warning)
  • Function inhibited
Fusion
  • Function inhibited
