Component Inspection

Ignition "ON" & Engine "OFF" and Using a GDS, clear the DTC.
Ignition "OFF".
Disconnect the battery (-) terminal cable from the battery, and wait at least one minutes.
Disconnect WCS ECU connector.
Substitute the WCS Module and check for proper operation.
Is DTC present problem?
YES
- Substitute a known-good WCS ECU and check for proper operation.
  If the problem is corrected, replace WCS ECU and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure and Go to "WCS RESET " procedure.
NO
- Substitute a known-good WCS ECU and check for proper operation.
  If the problem is corrected, replace WCS ECU or seat assembly and Go to "WCS RESET " procedure.
