Module Circuit Inspection

INSPECTION PART: MODULE CIRCUIT INSPECTION

Inspection Part: Module Circuit Inspection
Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
 IBAU connector 1, 30 (Memory Power) Chassis ground - Approx. 12V
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
 IBAU connector 5 (ON/Start Input) Chassis ground - Approx. 12V
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 IBAU connector 14, 46 (Ground) Chassis ground - Below 1Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 MCU connector 78 (P-CAN High) IBAU connector 19 (P-CAN High) Below 1Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 MCU connector 79 (P-CAN Low) IBAU connector 20 (P-CAN Low) Below 1Ω
