Driver Door Module (DDM): Notes

Driver Door Module (DDM) is integrated in the CAN system. It communicates with BCM, SMK, SJB, PSM, and ADM via CAN communication while performing safety power window operation.

Operate the buttons of DDM located on the inner side of the driver side door to perform any functions related to power windows, electric mirror, and door lock/unlock.

Its main functions are as follows:

1. Controls up/down operation of 4 power windows, respectively.
2. Locks/unlocks the central door.
3. Controls the outside mirror fold/unfold.
4. Operates the outside mirror (up/down and right/left).
5. Automatically lowers the outside mirror while reversing (Auto Reverse).
6. Memorizes and recalls the mirror position using memory switch.
7. Controls interior lamps.
