DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Sensor signal voltage check
  1. Poor Connection
  2. Faulty MAFS circuit
  3. Faulty MAFS
  4. Short to ground or open in control circuit
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage ranges from 10V to 16V
  • Engine Running Time greater than 0.8s
Threshold Value
  • MAF frequency signal voltage is higher than 3.27V
  • When the sensor signal is not repeated
Diagnostic Time
  • 2s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
