- ECM soaking time (engine stop) is more than 5 hours
- Ambient air temp. (AAT) is greater than 4°C (39.2°F)
- Fuel level in the tank is less than 85%
- Battery voltage is between 10V and 16V

- Deviation between ELCM pressure and intake manifold is greater than -20kPa. (signal high)
- Deviation between ELCM pressure and intake manifold is less than 20kPa. (signal low)
