DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring accuracy of time measurement by engine-off timer micro-com during engine running
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. Faulty PCM
Enable Conditions
  • Engine stop and ignition is turned off
  • Battery voltage is between 5V and 16V
Threshold Value
  • After 1s of engine stop, engine-off timer is set to less than 2s
Diagnostic Time
  • Immediately
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
